Returns Policy

RETURNS | EXCHANGES 

Firstly, please contact us if you are not happy with your purchase and a following course of action can be discussed, please do not return items to us without prior discussion.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

Items must be returned in a suitable parcel and not have return labels added directly to Welift2gether packaging.

To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase.

Customers are liable for the shipping fee returning the item to us.

We do not offer international exchanges.

Please download our returns form and complete it as required, this is to be returned with your item.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via the initial method of payment, this can take up to 14 days from the day of return to us. 

All items returned for a refund are subject to a £2.00 restocking fee per item.

Items purchased in sale events at discounted prices or end of line clearance are eligible for store credit refunds only.

We do not offer international refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@welift2gether.com  to discuss the next steps.


SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item for return, you MUST use a trackable shipping service and send us the tracking information for receipt. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

“If” an item is returning from outside the UK there may be an import fee.  This fee is chargeable to the exporter (the customer returning the item) and Welift2gether will not be responsible for this payment.  If the item does not reach us and is held at customs for unpaid charges, we cannot offer the refund.

Exchange items will be shipped back out for FREE in the UK only using a tracked (3-5 day) service.
