SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Options

We aim to despatch parcels within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We offer two types of shipping for all our UK customers:  

• Next day Tracked (Typically 1-2 Business Days)
• Tracked (Typically 3-5 Business Days)

We offer a single type of shipping for international customers:

• DHL Tracked

We offer FREE UK shipping on orders over £100. – Except During Sale Events.

All FREE shipping is via a Tracked 3-5 day service.

International orders may be subject to an import fee payable by the customer on delivery.  Please check your local country importation rules and fees accordingly before ordering.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email.  You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled by our staff.  If you purchased an item that was pre order, out of stock or on back order we will send you an email when your order ships and keep you informed about your order.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, we aim to ship within one to two business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the Welift2gether stocks to the email address you provided at check out.  During busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas we do expect delays in our service which we can only apologise for.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within two business days, feel free to follow up with us by using our Contact Us.
